As as a veteran of two tours in Vietnam and 36 years working in the Defense Industrial Complex, I can tell you that our misadventures here are identical to Vietam, with the same political responses, economic stimulus, industry participation and motives. THERE WAS NO PLAN AND THERE WERE NO MISTAKES. We believe our aura will prevail regardless. We are not learning or growing we are simply going furher into debt.
